Big People Lemon-Aid Co-Lab

By accessing or purchasing from Big People Lemon-Aid Co-Lab Services, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Services Provided

We provide:

  • Parenting and educator coaching
  • Online courses and workshops
  • Webinars and digital resources
  • Membership/community support

All services are designed for educational and informational purposes.

  1. No Guarantees

While we provide tools, strategies, and guidance, we do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, implementation, and external factors.

  1. Payments, Cancellations and Packages

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is specifically offered.

  •  Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.

  • Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only after booking and payment are completed. Customers are responsible for verifying the appointment date, time and time zone shown in their confirmation.

  • The Three-Session 1:1 Coaching Package includes three separate 60-minute appointments. All three sessions must be used within six months of the first session. Any unused sessions expire at the end of that six-month period and are non-refundable.

  • Refund terms for courses, workshops, memberships and other products will be stated on the applicable purchase page. Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded, except where otherwise required by law.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

  • Courses
  • Worksheets
  • Videos
  • Frameworks
  • Downloads

are the intellectual property of Big People Lemon-Aid Co-Lab and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share login access with others
  • Copy or resell materials
  • Use content for commercial redistribution
  • Disrupt or misuse the community or platform
  1. Coaching & Educational Nature

All coaching, support sessions, courses, workshops, webinars, resources and community services provided by Big People Lemon-Aid Co-Lab are educational and supportive in nature. They are not counselling, psychotherapy, medical care, psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice or crisis intervention. Participation does not establish a therapist-client, psychologist-client, physician-patient or other regulated professional relationship.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from use of our services. You are responsible for your own decisions and implementation.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
